How’s that for a tongue twister?

We’re big believers in collaboration. It’s fundamental to what we do and how we work with our clients to ensure our projects really land well within their organisations. But the collaboration doesn’t stop there. With a multitude of expertise and different backgrounds spread across our Medcomms, Comms and Digital teams, we’d be missing a trick if we didn’t utilise a little cross-team collaboration every now and then.

To foster creative, innovative ideas and effective problem-solving approaches, it’s so important to be surrounded by different perspectives and experiences in a place where ideas can be shared freely. Whether it’s passing on experience of a similar project on organisational change, albeit in a totally different sector, a simple-yet-helpful filing structure to those in need of filing sanity (we’re not pointing any fingers here), or a new way of using AI, each team can learn from one another so that we are always producing innovative, engaging learning and communications.

These moments for sharing are happening all the time, over a coffee in the café, across the office, over Microsoft Teams chats, companywide or in cross-team meetings engineered for the sole purpose of exchanging and developing ideas.
